By placing an order with NUVOLA JEWELRY you are offering to purchase a product and agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please note that all orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order price.

 NUVOLA JEWELRY takes reasonable care to ensure that representations  and detailed descriptions of our jewelry products on our website are accurate. We utilize digital photography and make reasonable efforts to display the appearance, color texture, and finish of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, please acknowledge and accept that there may be minor differences between actual jewelry and their portrayal on our website. For instance, variations in color tone and shape may occur with organic materials such as pearls and gemstones.

CARE AND APPEARANCE OF JEWELRY

Please be aware of the following terms and conditions regarding the care and maintenance of the jewelry we sell:

  1. Avoid contact with liquids and substances.It is your responsibility to ensure  that any jewelry purchased from us does not come into contact with water,perfumes,creams,oils or other substances. Such contact may result in damage to the jewelry.
  2. Natural evolution of gemstones  and metals. You acknowledge that gemstones and metals used in jewelry may naturally change in color or clarity over time. This is considered a natural evolution of the goods and not a defect.
  3. Delicacy of jewelry. Jewelry is delicate,often crafted with precious metals and stones. Please handle and protect the jewelry appropriately to avoid breakage. Refunds will not be provided for goods damaged due to mishandling or insufficient protection. This includes damage caused by inadequate packaging when returning goods.

ACCOUNT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION. 

The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.

 After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please note that once an order has been confirmed through our website, it is generally not possible to cancel it.

Payment is required in advance through the means specified on our website. Dispatch of the goods is contingent upon our receipt of full payment in cleared funds.

We would like to clarify that we are not responsible for any delays or damages that may occur during the shipping process. Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, any issues or concerns should be addressed directly with the carrier.

At present, shipping is provided free of charge. However, please be aware that this policy is subject to change in the future.
