SHIPPING

We do our best to process orders swiftly to ensure prompt delivery. The order will be delivered by our trusted courier within 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation. All orders are processed from Monday to Friday. We strive to provide a fast and efficient shipping experience for our customers.

All orders are shipped as insured packages from Europe. We offer FREE worldwide shipping, with the exception of Russia and Belarus at the moment.

Please note that on international shipments, any duties, taxes, or additional charges are not included. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office or authorities to understand any applicable fees or regulations related to your order.

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Please contact us immediately via email at customercare@nuvolajewelry.com  with any issues or concerns that arise regarding your order.

 

RETURN 

Nuvola Jewelry welcomes returns or exchanges of its items within 14 days from the date of the received order.

Kindly note that if more than 14 days have elapsed since you received the item, we are unable to provide a refund.

The item shall be returned in its original condition, unaltered, unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with the original security tag attached. All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any item with signs of wear, damage, or a removed security tag cannot be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment.

If you decide to return your order, please contact our customer support team at customercare@nuvolajewelry.com  to inform them of your intention. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

When the desired item is available in stock, we offer the option to exchange your purchase for another item of equal or greater value. However, please note that we do not facilitate exchanges for items of lesser value.

If you choose to exchange the item for one of higher value, a price difference will be applicable and charged accordingly.

Once your returned item has been received and processed, you will receive an email to cover the shipment cost and confirm the delivery address. The shipment will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving the payment.

To exchange your order, please contact our customer support team at customercare@nuvolajewelry.com to inform them of your intention. They will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that you are responsible for bearing the shipping costs for returning the item. We highly recommend opting for a traceable shipping service to ensure secure and reliable delivery. Additionally, please retain your postage receipt as proof of shipment.
