How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once you have completed your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation email. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your junk mail or spam folders. If you still cannot locate the email, please contact our customer service team, and we will be able to resend your confirmation email for your reference.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing all the details about your order, including the tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order and determine the expected delivery date.

How quick will you deliver my order?

All our available jewelry in stock will be shipped between 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Can I swim and take a shower with my Nuvola jewelry?

In general, it is always recommended to remove jewelry before showering and swimming. This is particularly important to avoid contact with shower gels, soaps, shampoos, chlorine, and saltwater, as they can potentially damage the jewelry. By following this practice, you can ensure that your jewelry will maintain its new appearance for a longer period of time.

If your jewelry does come into contact with water occasionally, it is advisable to clean it with clean water afterward. However, please note that this should only be done as an exception if you wish to preserve the jewelry's shine and condition for as long as possible.

Please keep in mind that certain types of jewelry, such as pearls and gemstones, should never come into contact with water as it can cause them to lose their natural shine and potentially be damaged.

Do you have repairs?

At the moment, we do not offer a repair service.

Will the item I receive be exactly the same as the one displayed on your website?

We carefully select our samples from the available stock for photography. The photos displayed on our website are representative examples of the items. Since we work with semi-precious  natural  gemstones, as well as baroque pearls, there may be slight variations in color tone and shape among the items. We strive to capture and showcase as much detail as possible in our product images, but please be aware that some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

It's important to note that every computer monitor has different settings, so the colors and sizes displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product. We make every effort to provide accurate and detailed descriptions to help you make an informed decision.
